Lake Park

Just south of Sun Terrace is Lake Park, an established neighborhood of about 450 single family homes with mature landscaping and quiet streets featuring a mix of old Florida beach cottages from the 50s and 60s intermingled with newer single-family homes. The streets of Lake Park are lined with mature trees providing a wonderful canopy of green throughout the community. Royal Harbor is a waterfront community consisting of over 420 single family homes and a mix of condos in a wide range of architectural styles located on the east side of Naples Bay with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, the Inland Waterway and Naples Bay. It was developed in the 1960s and 70s with a focus on getting most property owners access to open water without any bridges.

Windstar is the is one of the finest private and member-owned gated communities and country clubs on Naples Bay, featuring golf and boating amenities as well as a private beach on Keewaydin Island. The 18-hole Tom Fazio designed championship golf course is incredibly manicured and maintained and features a clubhouse, fitness and aerobics center, 6 Har-Tru tennis courts and a 72-slip deep water marina with an onsite dockmaster.
