1. Isles of Collier Preserve The Isles Of Collier Preserve

The Isles of Collier Preserve is a tight-knit, gated resort community with more than 2,400 acres of land and 1,600 coastal themed single-family homes, villas, and coastal cottages. It is bordered by the Rookery Bay National Estuary Research Reserve, Naples Botanical Garden and Dollar Bay. More than half of the community is dedicated to natural preserves, walking trails, bike paths and waterways for kayaking and canoeing. The neighborhood has fantastic amenities such as 2 pools, a clubhouse, restaurant, fitness center, and several courts for ball sports. New charming coastal cottages, one-story luxury villas and single-family homes range from $1 million to $3 million.

Treviso Bay is a private resort-style golf community with a 24/7 staffed guardhouse and a taste of Mediterranean architecture consisting of more than 4,400 coach and expansive single-family homes, terrace condos and verandas surrounded by elegant bridges, fountains, and manicured landscaping. Properties range from $500,000 to the mid $2 million. 3. Myrtle Cove Acres, Woodgate, Trail Acres, Crest at Naples

Woodgate is a charming little community of 120 units within 13 residential buildings surrounding a small lake. Amenities include a swimming pool with sun deck, laundry and an office as well as a community room.

The Crest at Naples occupies approx. 27 acres of land and is a Vincentian Village mixed-use project with 200 units of luxury apartments.

4. Artesia, Eagle Creek

Artesia Naples was planned in 2007 as a 261-acre gated community for more than 650 homes, ranging from $600,000 to $1.5 million, including almost 12 acres dedicated to nature preserves and lakes. It is the perfect location to spend the day kayaking and exploring the waters of Rookery Bay. Artesia has a wonderful clubhouse with a theater, fitness room, yoga studio, craft and card rooms, pool table and indoor kitchen plus a beautiful swimming pool, and a small dog park. Quick access to the beaches of Marco Island allows to take a sunbathe in a heartbeat.

Eagle Creek

Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club is a Private Golf Club located on 300 acres of native Southwest Florida beautiful terrain. It is a private gated collection of 460 single-family homes, villas and condominiums offering terrific views and challenging play for golfers at every skill level.

5. Riverwood, Trail Ridge, Henderson Creek, Enbrook, Marco Shores Estates, Quail Roost, Silver Lakes, South Bay Plantation, Copper Cove Preserve, Pelican Lake

Enbrook is a gated community of 298 attached villas that provides easy living. The neighborhood is anchored by two lakes and many of the homes have either water of preserve views.

Quail Roost

Built in the mid-1980s, Quail Roost is a non-gated community consisting of manufactured homes, some with lake views, on a mixture of cul-de-sacs and circle drives with covered parking, a community pool.

Copper Cove Preserve

Copper Cove Preserve is a gated community consisting of 218 single-family homes and built around 4 lakes with serene water views. The community does not offer any fancy amenities and therefore has low monthly fees.

6. Fiddler’s Creek

Fiddler’s Creek is a master-planned private community that offers the ultimate relaxing lifestyle. Homebuyers can choose between a variety of unique and charming villages with resort-style amenities and social events. The community is spread across almost 4,000 acres and surrounded by tropical landscapes. Construction started in the early 1990s and when completed will consist of 6,000 homes within 100 neighborhoods, or villages as they are called. The Isles of Capri, which are a group of four mangrove islands covering more than 600 acres and looking towards Marco Island across the Marco Bay, were bought in 1955 by Leland L. Dock Loach. 10. Lely Golf Estates, Lely Country Club Lely Golf Estates

The deed-restricted community of Lely Golf Estates was established in 1974 and was continuously developed until 2007 and has become a well-established neighborhood featuring six distinct associations. The community accommodates 464 single-family homes and condominiums spread around the 18-hole Hibiscus Golf Course and has hundreds of acres dedicated to nature preserves and amazing water views.

Lely Country Club

Lely Country Club’s development was started in 1980 and today is a non-gated golf course community offering a wide variety of home styles paired with lake and golf course views as well as natural preserves. Lely Pinehurst Estates is a non-gated neighborhood within the Lely Country Club.

Naples Manor is a single-family residential community offering charming 1950s mid-century homes in a quiet and serene neighborhood and with a sparse suburban feel. The neighborhood offers a lot of parks and is located centrally and close to the downtown area.

Lely Resort, named after Mr. Cornelius van der Lely, a Dutch inventor, is a semi-private golf resort with an amenity-rich community and a variety of luxury residences developed on 3,000 acres in the Southeast of Naples, just a short drive from the downtown area, excellent schools, hospitals and medical facilities. Amenities include an around the clock security gate and a beautiful lakefront Town Center equipped with a basketball court, post office, marketplace and café, gas pumps, bank, lit tennis courts, panoramic lakefront views, resort-style pool, and a fitness room. Tree-shaded paths meander throughout the neighborhood and offer beautiful water views. 14. Naples Reserve, Winding Cypress, Falling Waters, Reflection Lakes, West Wind, Regal Acres Naples Reserve

Naples Reserve is an almost 700-acre large, gated community that is built around 23 freshwater lakes of which the biggest one is Eagle Lake with 125 acres. At buildout 11 tastefully designed lakefront neighborhoods with miles of walking and biking paths will feature more than 1,150 southern coastal homes and villas on one or two levels and incredible amenities such as the Island Club and Tiki Bar, resort style pools, fitness centers, tennis, and pickle ball courts and much more.

Winding Cypress

Winding Cypress is a master-planned gated community developed by Divosta Homes in the Mediterranean style with world-class amenities. The community is spread out over 800 acres of natural preserves and features more than 75 acres of lakes. At buildout, Winding Cypress will carry nearly 2,000 homes.

Falling Waters

The residents of the luxury gated Falling Waters condo community enjoy a spectacular 10,000 sq ft tropical resort style pool, a tropical lazy river pool and tranquilizing lake and waterfall views. 90 exclusive condos sit on almost 20 acres of preserves.

Reflection Lakes

Reflection Lakes is a gated lakefront community developed by Engel Homes in the early 2000s. Just over 600 single family homes, duplex villas, coach, and carriage homes are located in this neighborhood featuring 30 acres of lakes and 26 acres of scenic preserves.
