Glen Eden

Glen Eden is a private, gated community on more than 84 acres including 8 wonderful lakes and natural preserves and estuaries. The 191 detached villas are located near Wiggins Park and Vanderbilt beach.

Tarpon Cove

Tarpon Cove is a 121-acre gated community developed by WCI just off Wiggins Pass and Vanderbilt Beach surrounded by preserves. Homes include villas, condos, and coach homes with mesmerizing views of lakes and natural preserve areas. Properties range from the low $500s to just under $5 million.

Tarpon Cove has a multi-purpose Community Center with a clubhouse, 3 resort-style community pools and a hot tub, a Tiki bar, a dining room, fitness center, tennis and bocce courts and biking as well as tree-lined walking, jogging, rollerblading, and biking trails.
