Park Shore and Seagate

Exclusive and luxurious, yet laid-back and relaxed – these are the characteristics that describe Park Shore and Seagate, two of Naples’ most desirable communities, best. These communities are famous for their stunning Bermuda and Mediterranean style waterfront properties and luxurious high-rise apartments, upscale shopping and dining and access to some of the best beaches in the country.

Raymond Lutgert, who purchased 760 acres along the Naples Gulf Coast in 1964, turned it into a world class location with an unmatched Florida lifestyle and a variety of beach and bay front living options. While Seagate has more than 1,000 properties in its boundaries, Seagate only has about 90.

Properties in Park Shore and Seagate, because of their central location are in high demand and can range in price from around $500,000 to over $16 million with living areas of up to 7,000 sq ft. Residents are successful business owners and entrepreneurs, professionals, artists, and influencers.

Navigable bodies of water, namely Venetian Bay and Inner Doctors Bay separate the mainland of Park Shore from the gulf front portion. Both bays have direct boating access through Doctors Pass to the Gulf of Mexico and offers residents a boat dock lease or purchase in the Venetian Bay Yacht Club. Membership for the private Park Shore Beach Park can also be acquired.

The neighborhood is home to several high-end shopping destinations, including The Village on Venetian Bay, accommodating 45 exquisite shops and boutiques and the Waterside Shops. These destinations offer residents access to some of the most prestigious designer brands, as well as a range of fine dining options. The dining environment around Park Shore and Seagate is, without a doubt, one of the best in Naples. Many outstanding restaurants and first-class eateries have found their home here and make the neighborhood a culinary epicenter.

Fishing, boating and sailing in the Bays or the Gulf of Mexico and golfing at The Country Club of Naples and The Naples Grande Golf Club Park or sunbathing at the members-only beach that has some of the most amazing views in Naples are only some of the activities that residents can enjoy.

Cultural events are coming up throughout the year like the Naples International Film Festival and the Naples Winter Wine Festival. Several museums and art galleries, such as The Baker Museum and The von Liebig Art Center offer great cultural content. The 170-acre Naples Botanical Gardens feature tropical plants and flowers from around the world.

Gulf Shore Blvd is a prestigious street on the west side of Naples leading right along the amazing white sand beaches of Lowdermilk Park and Clam Pass Park with stunning views of the ocean. An address on this Blvd is a sign of distinction and wealth featuring the finest in Naples’ luxury homes and condominium complexes. Gulf Shore Blvd winds through the communities of Coquina Sands, Moorings, Park Shore and Olde Naples.

The neighborhood is home to some of the most luxurious and sought-after properties in Naples. Housing options range from high-end condos to waterfront homes overlooking the Gulf of Mexico starting at $1 million and going up to almost $100 million for incredible oversize beachfront properties in some cases.
