Outdoors residents can use six Har-Tru tennis courts and two bocce ball courts and a putting green, miles of walking paths over charming bridges leading through the many scenic lakes and ponds. Livingston Woods

Livingston Woods is the community with the most spectacular ranch homes in Naples providing expansive views of the lush foliage, abundant wildlife and the country feel you are looking for. Golden Gate Estates is a unique spot in the very eastern part of Naples bordering the Everglades and appeals to the ones looking for seclusion, expansive land, and outdoor beauty. The natural setting in Golden Gate Estates made it a quickly growing community known for its spacious acreage. Lots start at just over one acre and go up to 10 or more. Close by Picayune Strand State Forest and Belle Meade offer a variety of recreational activities and just a short drive west gets you to the beaches. Wyndemere

Wyndemere Country Club is a private gated golf community with a 27-hole golf course designed by Arthur Hills. The club also has 10 Har-Tru tennis courts with grandstand viewing. Additional club amenities include 4 Pickleball Courts, 3 Bocce Courts, 1 Croquet Court, a state-of-the-art fitness center, community pool, spa, and massage facilities. There are 634 private residences in a total of 16 unique neighborhoods. Residences include single family homes, villas, townhouses, and condominiums in a price range from the low 800s to well over $2 million.

Marbella Lakes

Marbella Lakes was developed in 2009 by GL Homes as a 24-hour guard gated community and features about 490 single-family and carriage homes with an 8,000 sq ft lifestyle center. Residents enjoy the vistas of the pristine lakes it is built around and beautiful, lush landscaping.

Aviano

Aviano is a charming, 60-acre private, 88 single family, 35 carriage and 88 coach homes community providing beautiful lake or nature preserve views.

Stratford Place

Stratford Place is an 82-acre townhouse and carriage home community situated around sparkling lakes and preserves. The low maintenance community, consisting of the Coventry and Pinehurst neighborhoods, has a community pool and hot tub with BBQ area.

Bella Vita

Bella Vita is a luxurious, exclusive community inspired by the picturesque villas of the Mediterranean. 160 coach, carriage, and condominium style homes are located on 58 acres of nature preserve with lakes, fountains, and tranquilizing views.

Reserve

The Reserve at Naples community is a gated condominium association developed in the early 2000s. It features 24 freshwater lakes in 11 distinct neighborhoods with beautiful landscaping and fountains. Amenities range from a heated resort style pool and spa, poolside cabanas, bar, an around-the-clock fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts.

Andalucia

Andalucia is a gated community with larger Mediterranean style homes and is surrounded by nature preserves. It is built around Lake Azzuri and has a clubhouse, heated community pool and spa, fitness center, playground, and basketball court.

Positano Place

Positano Place is a gated neighborhood of 330 residential units in 15 buildings built in 2006 around 2 charming lakes and a natural preserve. Amenities include a clubhouse with a resort-style pool, spa, tiki bar, and fitness center.

7. Golden Gate City

Golden Gate

Golden Gate is a large community and one of the most populous and diverse areas in Collier County. It encompasses several neighborhoods, each with its own character and features. Some of the neighborhoods within Golden Gate include Golden Gate City, Golden Gate Estates, and Golden Gate Parkway. Golden Gate City is a residential area with a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments, while Golden Gate Estates consists mainly of larger lots and rural properties, offering more space and privacy. Residents of Golden Gate can enjoy various amenities within the community. There are parks, playgrounds, and recreational facilities available for outdoor activities.
