Just south of Sun Terrace is Lake Park, an established neighborhood of about 450 single family homes with mature landscaping and quiet streets featuring a mix of old Florida beach cottages from the 50s and 60s intermingled with newer single-family homes. The streets of Lake Park are lined with mature trees providing a wonderful canopy of green throughout the community. Lake Park real estate ranges from $1 million to around $4 million.
