Kensington

Kensington Golf & Country Club is a Scottish course featuring many water hazards, recently redesigned by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. This upscale gated golf community features more than 550 properties in 12 neighborhoods of coach homes ranging from $350,000 to $800,000, single-family homes and villas as well as Estate Homes starting at $1 million. The club offers both casual and formal dining options at the clubhouse and members have access to a wide array of club amenities including an Olympic sized heated swimming pool with cabanas, seven Har-Tru tennis courts, four Pickleball courts, two Bocce courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center including a Pilates studio.

Banyan Woods
